We are happy to welcome you and your family to Broward Community Charters and Discovery Middle. We realize the importance of developing an attitude of self-respect and self-worth in each child. Our experienced professionals are dedicated to providing every child with the best educational opportunities possible.
To begin the enrollment process, please click "Enroll Now" and submit an online enrollment application. In addition to this form, the following information is required to complete the registration process.
- Copy of birth certificate
- Original immunization card (If kindergarten or entering from out of district)
- Medical records (If kindergarten or entering from out of district)
- Proof of residence (current lease agreement or deed)
- Two current utility bills (excluding telephone bills)
- Copy of parent’s photo ID (driver’s license, etc.)
- Report card (if applicable)
